
The Spa 101 Term & Conditions

by booking a service with The Spa 101, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
please read carefully to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for
both you and your therapist.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
. All appointments must. Be booked in advance through our website, booking
system or by contacting us directly.
. A valid email and phone number are required to receive appointment
confirmation and reminders.
. Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session maybe shortened to
respect the next client’s appointment.
. If it’s a mobile massage appointment, please ensure a clean and sanitary space. Your
massage therapist will call or text at least 45 minutes in advance.
2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
. We require at least 24-hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling
. Cancellation made with less than 24-hours notice may result in a cancellation
fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
. No-shows or last-minute cancellation are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
3 Refunds
. All services are non-refundable once rendered.
. Refund for prepaid sessions or packages may be granted only under exceptional
circumstances and at our sole discretion.
. Any deposits or partial payments made to hold appointments are non-
refundable if the session cancelled without proper notice.
4. Clients Health & Safety
. Client must disclose any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy
before the session begins.
. The Spa 101 reserves the right to decline service if a condition poses a
health or safety risk.
, Massage is not a substitute for medical care and should not be used in place of a
doctor’s diagnosis or treatment plan.
5. Therapist Rights
. Our licensed massage therapist reserves the right to end a session at any time
If:
. A client behaves inappropriately
. There is safety concern
. Policy are not respected
Inappropriately behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and
denial of future services without refund.
6. Mobile Services (If Applicable)
. For in-home sessions, the client must provide a clean, quiet, and safe environment.
. Parking or access instructions must be communicated in advance.
. We reserve the right to cancel on-site services if the space is deemed unsafe or unfit.
7. Memberships & Packages
. Members must keep payment methods current. Failed payments may result in
paused or cancelled benefits.
. Packages must be used within the stated expiration period (if any).
. Missed or cancelled sessions under a membership plan are subject to the
same 24-hour policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including branding, images, and material, is the
intellectual property of The Spa 101 and may not be used without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Spa 101 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will
be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
